Requirements for Application:

All dogs over the age of four months must be licensed. The fee is $13.00 for a male or female dog and $5.00 for spayed or neutered. Purebred licenses are also available at a cost of $25.00 for no more than ten dogs; $50 for 11 - 25 dogs and $100 for more than 25 dogs.

A copy of a current rabies vaccination and spay or neutering certificate, if applicable, with appropriate fee must be submitted to the Town Clerk's Office. Applications will be accepted from residents of the Town of Constantia and Oswego County Village of Cleveland residents.
